The main highlight of the tour is that the cooking demonstrations are done by a professional chef having more than 16 years of experience in star-categorised hotels. During the tour, you will be accommodated in various resorts and a houseboat backwater stay. There will be sightseeing tours to explore Kerala and its serenity under a professional guide.

Day 1 : Arrival

A warm welcome by Master World Holidays' representative at the Cochin International Airport who’ll arrange a smooth transfer to a lush green resort in Cochin. The day is free to relax or enjoy a village walk. Stay overnight.

Day 2 : Cooking Demo/Sight-seeing

Savor a delicious breakfast then proceed for sightseeing to Athirappilly waterfalls, the Niagara of India. This patch in Sholayar ranges so beautifully intertwined with lush green forest cover and sizzling silver cascades and located central to Cochin and Bharathapuzha. It is a treat for the eyes during the monsoon.

Thumboormuzhi and Vazhachal are also must-visit places there. Proceed for Ezhattumugham - a greenish natural village "prakritigramam." You will cover "Thumboormuzhy," oil palm plantations, 210-meter hanging bridge with a view of majestic nature, tree houses, and much more.

In the evening, get ready for a wonderful cookery demonstration on Indian dishes by Chef Anoop David. Enjoy your dishes and stay overnight.

Post breakfast, relax yourself and prepare for cooking demos by chef in the morning and evening. Stay overnight.

Day 5 : Cooking Demo/Sight-seeing

Savor a delicious breakfast. You will then move to Kodanad. It is a rural-side village flanked by the high ranges and is set near the southern banks of the Periyar River. Proceed for Malayattoor, famous for its ancient Catholic church, which is dedicated to Apostle St. Thomas. Malayattoor not only serves as a Christian pilgrim center but it's also known for its scenic beauty. Believers carrying large crosses up a hill are common sights on a voyage to the Hill Shrine at Malayattoor where people offer their pain and suffering to God, in hopes of forgiveness and peace.

Proceed to experience the villages, local markets, coconut farms, paddy cultivations, and others. The rural areas have avoided the ravages of industrialization and maintained their pristine charm. In the evening, cooking demos with the theme 'Cooking with Spices'. Stay Overnight.

Day 6 : To Munnar

Post breakfast, proceed to Munnar, a famous hill station in Kerala. Enjoy the travel in the misty air peeping through the tea plantations. Check in to the hotel and after refreshment, move out for a local sightseeing. Relax for the rest of the day.

Day 7 : Munnar sight-seeing

Savor a delicious breakfast and move out for an enchanting sightseeing experience of the lush greenery and mist along with some of the exotic views of Mother Nature’s gifts such as waterfalls, tea plantations, spice gardens and others. Stay overnight.

Day 8 : Aleppey Backwater cruising

Post breakfast, proceed to Alleppey, the Venice of the east. Check in to the houseboat and have an enchanting experience of cruising through the backwaters. Holiday on the houseboats and traditional Kettuvallam are an out-of-this-world experience. Explore the local village life and many more out of this.The Backwaters are home to several types of marine life exclusively the Karimeen (pearl spotted fish), chemeen (prawns), and konju (tiger prawns). Day 9 : To Cherai beach

Post breakfast, check out from the houseboat and proceed to Cherai - one of the most tourist-spotted beaches in Kerala. Check in to the resort co-fronted by beach and backwaters. Enjoy a delicious lunch and relax.

Cherai Beach is a favorite haunt of those looking for a relaxing swim with the backdrop of coconut groves being the added incentive. It provides a wonderful view of the famous Chinese Fishing Nets. Day 10 : Cooking Demo/Cochin Tour

After breakfast, proceed for a tour to explore Cochin, The Queen of the Arabian Sea. Explore the local Cochin life through boating in the Cochin backwaters spread across the Chinese Fishing Nets, The Willingdon Island (one of the largest man-made islands in India, which is named after Lord Willingdon, the British Viceroy of India). Cochin streets open the best way for shopping.

In the evening you will do a cooking demo and enjoy the dishes. Stay overnight.

Day 11 : Cooking Demo/ Local Market visit

Today you will do a local market and harbour visit and explore. Evening will be dedicated for a wonderful cooking session. Stay overnight.

Day 12 : Fort Cochin Tour

After breakfast, proceed to Fort Cochin. The major attraction of this place is its streets that beautifully showcase all about Portuguese and Dutch invasions. You can visit the famous Jewish synagogue built in the year 1568; this Paradesi Synagogue is the oldest Judaism temple in the Commonwealth of Nations, the Dutch Palace, and a variety of handicraft shops. Day 13 : Q&A session
